My laser hair removal experience

I used laser hair removal to remove excess hair on my back and shoulders. I spent more than what I expected having to go back for multiple visits over several years. I can't say that I achieved permanent hair removal because there is still some hair on my back but it's less than before.

With laser hair removal, you'll probably find at best that you achieve permanent hair reduction, where the amount of hair in the area being treated decreases over time with repeated laser hair removal applications. Multiple laser hair removal visits are usually required to achieve good results but of course, the amount of hair you have, the color of the hair, the location of the hair and the skill of the hair removal practitioner are some of the big factors affecting your level and speed of success!

Remember too that hair grows in cycles so the hair removal practitioner should take that into account when scheduling you for multiple visits over time as they will want to zap the hairs during the growth phase when they're visible above the skin.
