Hey there, do not worry about it! I had exactly the same problem and was worried about trying IPL because everywhere I read about it said that it works best on fair skin and dark hair, and I have fair skin and fair hair but after 5 session the difference is amazing! I still have a few more sessions to go but Im actually quite happy with the results as they are. So fear not! The place I go to is super cheap, which is a bonus because you need a few session, but its worked out cheaper than paying the girl to wax me! haha. I dont know if your in the London area, but if you are, id recommend Depicool, if not im sure there are other places that do IPL :) good luck! hope this helps
