Permanent hair removal cream

Is there such thing as permanent hair removal cream? A friend said they heard about it but I don't know what product they were talking about or if it's any good.

Response from Carl: I don't know what product your friend was talking about either but I'm fairly certain it doesn't exist! I'm not aware of any product other than electrolysis that can claim to cause "permanent hair removal." If there is such a product other than electrolysis that causes permanent hair removal I'd highly doubt that a cream would do the trick.

The issue of course is that hair grows in cycles so let's say you remove all the hair you have and it doesn't grow back. What's going to stop new hair from growing in the future? Nothing. Hair grows in cycles so new hair could grow in the same area you had treated.
